Our story began couple of years ago, when we decided that we should offer the guests in our family-owned bars, hotel and restaurant a coffee that will represent our love for high-quality product. With that in mind, we have revived the tradition from our ancestors and continued the story that our great grandfather started in the 1930s. After he lost his big fortune due to his bohemian lifestyle, he had to find a way to provide for his family. That is ow he started to make freshly roasted coffee and chickpeas in his home and how the love for good coffee was born in our family. Now-a-days you can find our Roastery coffee exclusively in Liquid Cafe in the Old Town, Liquid Boutique Bar & Kitchen, Su Hotel and Su Rooftop Restaurant, and SU roastery in Skopje.
